HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

All Avar Fashions orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or after 6:00P.M. EST, on longweekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. All Avar Fashions products are shipped from our Orlando head quarters located on 2070 E Osceola Pkwy, 34743 Kissimmee, Florida, Estados Unidos. Processing is usually 1-2 business days, and shipping time varies from 2-5 business days depending on your region.

MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED, BUT IT’S NOT HERE

We know that dreaded of feeling of seeing “DELIVERED” on your tracking page just to look outside and your package is nowhere to be found! Most of the time, it is just the carrier marking your package “Delivered” just for it to arrive a few days later. Trust us, we don’t know why they do it either! But what to do if its been over 3 days and your package has still not arrived? Well there is a chance your package is either Lost or Stolen. In that case, keep reading!

I THINK I MAY HAVE PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS. HOW CAN I GET MY PACKAGE NOW?

We do understand that sometimes, life can be super busy, and we can make mistakes on typing our address! If your parcel gets shipped back to us due to an incorrect address, we will send it back to you free of charge, as long as we receive the package back. However, do note that this will count toward your 1 Free Exchange Shipping, so in the case that you need to do an exchange upon receiving your parcel, we do not cover the costs, as the one free shipping has already been granted to you. 

WHY ARE THE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS SO HIGH?

We understand that the shipping costs at checkout may be a bit higher than you’re used to! Avar Fashions uses DHL to ship internationally which means you will receive your package in up to 5 days from your shipping confirmation. You also will not be charged any duty or customs fee as this cost is included in your shipping cost at checkout. So the shipping cost you see at checkout is the only amount you have to pay for shipping, no extra costs and no surprise duty fees! 

How do I track my order?

There are two ways to track your Avar Fashio Package!

  1. If you have an account with us and created your account at checkout, simply login to your account here and view your order History. Go to your most recent order, You will see if it is “Fulfilled” or “Unfulfilled”. If it is already fulfilled, you may click on order information and view your tracking number through here.
  2. Check your Email Go to your email you used to check out Search for “Avar Fashions” and if your order has already been shipped, you should have received an email with the subject headline “A shipment from order (Your order number) is on the way” Simply click on this email and view your tracking number. If you do not see the shipping confirmation email, it is possible your order has not yet shipped,

Avar Fashions offers a shipping guarantee in the event that it is lost in transit, delivered but not received, stolen, or damaged. We put in maximum effort to insure your package is delivered to your door under any and all circumstances,

OUR POLICY

Avar Fashions will be reliable for packages lost/damaged. We will not issue any refund, only replacements of the exact package. If items in order are sold out, we will send out a replacement for item of equal or lesser value. We will ensure all matters are resolved within 5-10 business days. 

YOUR ITEMS MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT: 

  • If your Package is marked as delivered but not delivered after 48 business hours.
  • If your package arrives damaged
  • If you believe or have proof that your package has been stolen
  • If Package has been lost in transit or stuck in transit for over 48 business hours with no word from the carrier.

HOW TO INITIATE A CLAIM:

We understand how frustrating it can be to be expecting a package, and an unforeseeable circumstance takes place. Don’t worry! You may begin a claim and request for a Replacement package to be sent your way! In order to get your claims process started, please email us at support@avarfashion.com with subject headline: CLAIM + (Your ORDER #) and a representative will assist you in getting your replacement ASAP.
